You are never stuck. Emotions are energy in motion. It's why I talk about "Movement is Medicine" DAILY. There are several ways to practice moving stored energy/trauma in the body (this is where somatic healing comes in).
Somatic healing = a type of therapy that focuses on the mind-body connection to help people heal from a variety issues.
Cue in MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE. Breathwork is a powerful tool, but so can just showing up in movement that we love and that inspires us.
