We’re getting salty – with seaweed. You may know seaweed as an ingredient in Asian cuisine, or even as a superfood – but have you had it in beer?

This week we try 3 beers that use seaweed as part of the brew:

· Meet Me Underwater by Brass Castle – a red IPA with Mosaic, Sabro and seaweed from SeaGrown

· Trawler’s Dread by Harbwr – a black IPA with Pembrookshire seaweed

· Umibozu by Tartarus – a squid ink, seaweed and yuzu gose
