We’re solving the mystery that is Mysterious Brewing, this week! We chatted to Ken, co-founder of the brewery about his homebrewing background and how the brewery began only 5 months ago.
We were very lucky to try 3 beers from Mysterious – Citrus Triangle, Citra single hop pale, Black Light, a black IPA and Sitka, a spruce ESB.
Ken gives us his best advice for budding homebrewers and those that want to move into the commercial field. We also talk about cuckoo brewing and the Berkshire brewery scene.
