The recreational use of marijuana is legal in 18 states and decriminalized in another 13, with legal sales in the US nearing $15 billion in 2021. Regardless of your personal feelings surrounding the substance, it is undeniable that its use is becoming more acceptable, and with that has come more opportunity for enterprise. Two young men who are taking advantage of this opportunity are Oliver Prudent and Benjy Celestin with their company, Toasted Chef. What started off as a more typical informal service has blossomed into a fully licensed and legal business with a genuine community of supporters behind it. The Toasted Crew provide products ranging from flower, to infused dishes, to merchandise.
