In this week’s episode, I talk to you one-on-one and simply encourage you to think and reflect. I am going to be going over some questions I want you to answer and be honest with yourself looking onward towards the new year.

• Am I playing small?
• How can I be bigger than my problems?
• Where am I not listening to myself?
• Am I tolerating anything that isn’t serving me?
• Where am I doing too much of something that is blocking my energy?

I highly motivate you to write these down and check up on your answers every so often and track your growth. I believe in you and that 2022 is going to be your year!
