The Trendsetters arrive in Deco City. It's filthy, it's damp, it's one of the unsafest cities in the world, and it's where Coyoteman calls home. The Trendsetters try to contact the enigmatic hero, but quickly hit a roadblock, and so they concoct a plan to get his attention one way or another. Disguised as other heroes, they go across town and start raising Caine, but will their plans go as smoothly as they hope?
