In this episode, we read 2 Chronicles chapters 8-11. Solomon strengthens his kingdom, builds cities, and continues organizing temple worship. Yet after his death, his son Rehoboam takes the throne and makes unwise choices that lead to the division of Israel into two kingdoms. Judah remains under Rehoboam, while the northern tribes turn away. These chapters remind us that wisdom, humility, and obedience to God are vital for lasting peace and unity among His people.
