In this episode, we read 2 Samuel chapters 20–22. Another rebellion rises against David under Sheba, but through loyalty and wisdom, the threat is crushed. We then see David’s reign marked by acts of justice, the avenging of past wrongs, and finally, David’s powerful song of praise to the Lord. These chapters reveal God’s protection and deliverance throughout David’s life and remind us that victory and security come not from human strength, but from the Lord alone.
