In this episode, we read the entire book of Zephaniah, chapters 1 through 3, where God warns of the coming “Day of the Lord” — a time of judgment against sin, corruption, and complacency. Zephaniah speaks boldly against idolatry, injustice, and spiritual indifference, calling the people to humility and repentance before it is too late.
While the early chapters emphasize judgment, the book ends with a beautiful and hope-filled promise. God declares that He will restore, renew, and rejoice over His people with love and singing. Zephaniah 1–3 reminds us that although God is just and holy, His ultimate desire is redemption, restoration, and joy for those who turn back to Him.
