Having deprived me being able to vote to remove franking credits, negative gearing and tax cuts for the rich (all essential Labor policies the new Australian prime minister abandoned for zero votes...) I had one solid, rolled gold policy to vote on - a federal ICAC, with teeth and retrospective powers, to tear down arguably the western world's most corrupt governance. This promise has now been punted down the road, due to the Queen's death and Albanese has so far a history of avoiding strong or controversial policies. You had better not let us down even 1%, the federal ICAC is your legacy.
