As funny as Fox News being fined $780 million for lying and gurning man-baby Tucker Carlson being sacked out of the blue, it just continues a truism Rupert Murdoch has shown his entire life - there isn't anyone, no matter how important or seemingly close to him, he won't screw over, abandon or throw under a bus, in a heartbeat and never look back - even if he is married to them. For Tucker, no matter the bluster of his fan base, this is the beginning of the end - he will never have the prominence or reach Fox News gave him again. For Fox News, other than being more careful, it's impossible this will all lead to any change in direction, as they are completely trapped by a paradigm and audience they created.
