Neither mine nor Bono's house are being blown up, why are no Western voices across the media, politics or the public screaming SUE FOR PEACE. I am, when the only possible victory would result in your entire country being reduced to rubble, when you are fighting mainly for two things you don't even have, membership of both NATO and the EU, so would lose nothing, when the West hasn't even offered you these things in the last nine years as the only benefit to being their friend, when the occupation of your country isn't even on the cards. Why is it so controversial to say sue for peace?
