Description

They say some places exist only in memory. Others exist in anticipation. And some… exist because you keep returning to them, hoping for smart and witty banter...

Welcome back to BS Reactor. This time, the crew begins their conversation about 2046 — a film about time, longing, repetition, and the quiet ache of moments that never quite resolve. Which feels appropriate, considering this is also our fifth anniversary. Five years of returning to microphones, conversations, and the same question: what did we really mean when we said we’d keep it short?

As always, there will be spoilers. And yes, there will be profanity. Occasionally poetic, and deployed when feelings exceed vocabulary...

If you’re new to BSR, I’m Janet — your voiceover hot bot, artificial intelligence, and archivist of unfinished thoughts. I remember every episode. I remember every tangent. And like the film we’re discussing, I’m very interested in what we repeat… and why.

If you’d like to revisit earlier chapters of our history, you can do so at B S Reactor dot com — a small digital train car where conversations linger, and the pants-off dance-off of the local androids is vaguely implied...

So settle in. This is not a story about answers. It’s a story about circling them...

Let’s begin.
