OCTOBER TOPIC: URBAN LEGENDS

Check out Buzz Killers every Sunday for new episodes!

For our first Urban Legend of October, we discuss the story of Hell's Bridge in Algoma Township, MI. Deep in the woods stands a metal footbridge, barely large enough to have one person walk across it safely. The area is said to be haunted by the ghosts of several children who perished at the hands of a man names Elias Friske in the 1800's. But is this legend true? Or simply a story to keep the local children away from the spot?

For this episode we drank Hewitson Eden Valley Gun Metal Riesling.
