About Piers
Piers Kaniuka, MA, MTS, serves as Director of Spiritual Life at Granite Recovery Centers in NH. For over 20 years he has utilized spiritual, educational, and wellness practices for those in early recovery from drug addiction. Piers is cofounder of the Liberation Institute, a non-profit dedicated to bringing recovery and yoga training to the inmates of the Maine State Prison. He also teaches in the Contemplative Spiritual Direction certification program at the Alcyon Center in Seal Cove, ME.
