Gilly is a highly accomplished leadership and organisational
development coach, consultant and researcher, with thirty years of expertise in
complex change, leadership development, diversity and inclusion. She
supports leaders, teams and organisations to improve performance by being more
impactful and productive in their relationships, achieving a
stronger sense of wellbeing, purpose and belonging.

Gilly established Shapiro Consulting, a boutique
consultancy, in 2003 and has since built a global client base spanning multiple
sectors and a consortium of highly experienced and diverse associate partners
across five continents. Prior to this, she led European research projects
focusing on driving innovation through greater employee engagement, diversity
and inclusion.

Gilly is an External Guardian Trustee and Director
of a global employee-owned business and is a faculty member of the International
Gestalt, Organisational Development and Leadership (iGOLD) programme.
