Joel later founded Brit Properties, overseeing leasing, sales, and asset management for individual investors and families. Over his career, he has completed more than 2,000 industrial leases and sales and has syndicated the acquisition of over 100 industrial buildings alongside 250+ LP investors and family offices, with a recent focus on debt-free acquisitions. A long-standing member of SIOR and AIRE, Joel is known for his relationship-driven approach and his deep market expertise.
