Jay has dominated Springfield, Missouri (and beyond) in radio, TV, and live entertainment (including emceeing for the AA Cardinals baseball team) for over 25 years. While his production and broadcasting days are not totally behind him, he's taken on a new career in an entirely new industry. He shares on the key(s) to balancing family and career life, best lessons he's learned from making mistakes, meeting cool people along the way, and never being too scared to try new things.
