Description

In today’s episode of Coffee with the Superintendent, we are reminded that Christian education, faithful living, and true unity begin not with outcomes or appearances, but with life in Christ. In the First Pour, we reflect on Paul’s words in Philippians 2:1–4 and consider what it means to live out New Covenant unity that flows from a transformed heart rather than external conformity. The Second Pour celebrates our community with weekend birthdays and a word of gratitude for those who serve faithfully behind the scenes. In the Final Pour, we anchor our week in Scripture by pairing Jeremiah 31 and Hebrews 8, tracing God’s promise of a New Covenant and its fulfillment in Jesus Christ, where the Law is written on the heart and obedience flows from belonging. Together, this episode calls us to slow down, re-center our lives in Christ, and live out humility, love, and unity as evidence of the gospel at work within us.
