Listen

Description

In today’s episode, we listen closely to Paul’s quiet but powerful words in Philippians 2:17–18, where sacrifice, suffering, and joy are redefined through the finished work of Christ. Paul presents his own life as a drink offering, not as a payment to God, but as a response to what Christ has already accomplished. This First Pour explores how New Covenant believers are called to live poured-out lives marked by joyful obedience rather than self-preservation. The Second Pour celebrates birthdays, lunch, and Middle School basketball, reminding us that joy is woven into ordinary community life. The Final Pour grounds Academic Excellence in the formation of a biblical worldview, challenging us to see all truth through the lens of God’s Word in a world that increasingly forgets its Creator.
