Are you a "Traditionalist," a "Rebel," or a "Creator?"
There is a script - first is was to raise farmers then it was to raise factory workers. This script doesn't work in our society anymore and our education system hasn't developed a new script. Well, in a way, it is developing a service industry workforce and that is not enough to bring our society closer to the "American Dream."
