Tracing this theme from Eden to the temple and ultimately to Jesus, we see how Christ makes a way for us to dwell with God. Psalm 24 asks, “Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?” and the gospel answers that through Jesus, we are welcomed back into God’s presence to live as people who carry his Spirit into the world.
