In today's episode we interview: Ryan Dain of Westland Construction. Ryan was recently our superintendent on separate projects in Chicago and Denver. Ryan has worked on LDS Temples in various locations around the world. He talks about some of the problems that come from working overseas. He also discusses some of what he believes are the most important keys to success in his career:

1. Family and Construction can mix.
2. Hard Work is what makes the difference.
3. Relationships are the primary key to success and/or failure.
4. Honesty and Integrity (especially in construction) cannot be emphasized enough.
