And the grassroots won’t back down until it happens.The team faced multiple unusual obstacles, including a now-defunct state provision purporting to raise the threshold for passing Article V applications above the constitutional requirement, but never gave up.
On Thursday, their efforts finally paid off with an 80–42 vote in the Kansas House, making Kansas an official applicant for an Article V convention.
