First: lasagna bolognese- omg. This is where they invented it. Recipe available to paying DALS subscribers
Fav: pisarei e fasó: pasta e fagioli but with tiny bean sized gnocchi made with just flour water & breadcrumbs, borlotti beans, barely clinging tomato sauce. amazing . could not get recipe as it is a family secret. “A little butter, a little pork fat, a little this, a little that,” but do an internet search there are many options!
Veggie dinner: kabocha/butternut squash with roasted cauliflower and special spice blend. Leeks with gorgonzola and hazelnuts. Cabbage and rice soup with beef crispies.
