Megan is a Catholic mother of two boys, an active-duty army officer, a life coach, a pre and postnatal fitness coach, and an advocate for mothers and families in the military. She's a West Point graduate, currently serving in the military in a public relations and strategic communications role.
Though we discuss the breastfeeding challenges involved in the military, we know that this is a challenge for any woman that is working outside of the home and doing the work that she is being called to do.
