Description

This episode will be Part 1 of a series that explores incidents that took place on the Eastern Shore of Delmarva throughout its history.  While the specific incidents took place in 1931, events that led up to it were generations in the making.  Matthew Williams was murdered by a mob.  Another man was murdered and left without his name.  No one has ever been tried or punished for these deaths.
