Emerson said, “All successful men have agreed in being causations.”They believed that things were not by luck, but by law. The law of life is the law of belief. Whatever you mentally accept and feel to be true, will come to pass. Everything begins within our own consciousness. Our consciousness is our thoughts, feelings and beliefs about ourselves, and the world around us. Belief can be considered synonymous with expectation. There’s an ancient saying that, you don’t always get what you pray for, but you’ll always get what you expect. What is a belief? A belief is just a thought that we repeatedly think and accept as true. So for better or worse, our life experience is conditioned by the stories we’re telling ourselves about ourselves and our circumstances. On today’s episode, Darrell and guest Christine Valentin share examples of how they’ve experienced being causationists and the simple ways they practice to pivot from telling the same old stories to new and improved ones.

Today’s affirmation is:

“I have the power to change my mentality and when I change it my outer expression and experiences must change too.”
