This week we cover a film by our first repeat director, Mike Nichols, with his incredibly funny film, THE BIRDCAGE (#15 on the board). Much later in his career than CATCH-22, it offers a different view of his filmmaking style that's much more focused on being a straightforward comedy. For any fans of Robin Williams and clever situational comedy, this will be exactly what you're looking for.
