Annie Le was a 24-year-old Yale graduate student who was murdered in September 2009 inside a campus laboratory just days before her wedding. She was strangled by Raymond Clark III, a Yale lab technician, who hid her body inside a wall of the research building. Clark later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 44 years in prison, a case that shocked the Yale community and drew national attention.
