It is an often cited claim in conspiracy theory circles that big pharma is suppressing multiple cures for cancer due to them being inexpensive. Whatever the truth or otherwise of this claim, a far more damaging situation is in fact wide out in the open for all to see. It is in the set up of very structures of the system.
