My guest this week is MistaJam. Alongside being a popular broadcaster, DJ, producer and song writer, he is also a father to Olivia, Benjamin and Phoebe, and husband to Clare. I've always been quietly intrigued by how he manages what is a very busy diary, alongside being a dad. We spoke about his experience growing up in the late 80's as an only child, under less than ideal circumstances. How a chance meeting with Clare sparked a friendship and blossomed into their current relationship. The personal adjustments he's had to make to be a better father.
