At Christmas, it’s easy to focus on traditions, family gatherings, and celebrations—but the heart of the season is Jesus. In this sermon, we walk through the story of the shepherds meeting Jesus and explore how their response models a faith that is personal, active, and centered on Christ.
The shepherds went to see Jesus for themselves, shared what God had revealed, and responded with worship and praise. Their example challenges us to keep Jesus at the center of our Christmas and to recognize, respond to, and share what God is doing in our lives every day.
