Call Lighting is a battle spell with an array implications. We explore how a setting can change when electricity is as prevalent as it it in D&D. Spell's, monsters, storms, it's everywhere! Of course it would be harnessed in one way or another. Power grids or steam powered city's, we run some numbers to figure it out. And no, we haven't read the Eberron book yet.
