Dispel Magic is back all you Dispellers, and we're washing away the old and creating a-new with our first episode back, Create or Destroy Water. Pretty much does exactly what it says, this spell will have you scratching your head for uses outside of survivalist settings. Once you take a step back and see it's potential, whole avenues of Looney Tunes style encounters and distant water cults become available. Water...???...Prophet! Join us, won't you?
