At the end of a long and wonderful tale the 2 little gals found themselves lost in the deepest of dark woods, it was a muddy place with fog and swamp and much muck. It was also a haunted wood, but the girls did not fear death so those slippery ghosts could never come too close. The wild wildbeasts were another story though, the girls had to keep their wits about themselves. How the story ends know one knows, but those lost and lonely ghosts always remembered those 2 brave little girls smiling and singing.
