Caryn's journey is one of transformation - from growing up in New Hampshire with a depressed mother and dysfunctional family dynamics, to becoming a successful model working across the country and in Japan, to surviving a life-threatening brain tumor while pregnant, to ultimately leaving a 36-year marriage marked by emotional abuse and gaslighting.
But Caryn didn't just survive - she thrived. After discovering NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) at a Tony Robbins event and studying with masters like T. Harv Ecker, Bob Proctor, and Richard Bandler, Caryn created a method to help women stop chasing confidence and start creating it from the inside out.
