Conor meets Munster and amp; Ireland rugby star Frankie Sheahan. A professional rugby player for 14 years until retiring in 2009, He’s now the founder and CEO of the business and amp; self-improvement organisation Pendulum Summit. He has also found time for 5 kids, some schools coaching and a lot more besides. Frankie talks about his rugby years in Munster, learning to drive in Cork and his delight that we are finally back to having events in person.
