And we mean wacky, the kind where characters constantly die & get brought back by a sentient circle of stars, robot girls become office workers to keep the peace, and freedom fighting dogs try to save the one canine being hunted for food. Now how in the heck did they make an English dub for this? That is one of many questions we will not answer in EXCEL SAGA!
