It's our final episode for 2019! We wanted to reflect on the year and connect with one of our most treasured peeps in the community, Sonia! Sonia is the company director for Culture Shock LA, a non-profit hip hop dance organization. Outside of that Sonia also works at a non-profit serving families and is an all-around life force of positive energy and motherly nurture. In our conversation we discuss Culture Shock LA, our 2019s, hear some killer voice overs from Kyle, flow states, and play a round of guess the ASMR chip eater.
