Challenges are an integral part of our human existence on this planet. Life seems to run cycles of challenges where there is a kind of rhythmic ebb and flow.  When things are going well we exert ourselves to meet the challenges, to climb the mountains, and then we need to rest a while to recover, ready for the next lot.
