I thought I would talk to you guys about Anxiety this week, after being inspired by the film Inside Out 2 the other day, which literally allowed me to visualise SO CLEARLY how my head used to feel. I hope this episode helps shed some light on my experience, but also helps some of you who may be going through the same.

And an app I recommend highly is the CALM App - I used to use this alot to help me distract my brain when it was racing, especially at night. The Sleep stories are a personal favourite!
