Sometimes we wait to offer the Lord something more polished . A stronger testimony A clearer gift A more eloquent voice A more “ready” version of ourselves . But today with my sweet guest Jenny Guthrie, we talked about how the Lord has always worked with loaves and fishes … small offerings… imperfect efforts… willing hearts. . And somehow, in His hands, they become enough . We talked about Elder Renlund’s beautiful reminder that taking upon us the names of Jesus Christ can sometimes feel a little abstract at first . But one of His names that especially stayed with us is “The Word.” And that means something deeply personal: . When we engage with the word of God, we are not just checking a box , Not just reading pages Not just trying to be “good” . We are actually coming to know Him Receiving Him. Becoming more like Him .
