Rhaea has been competing since 2003, internationally competing 30 times, and holds 5 world records in two weight classes right now. Rhaea Stinn has set nearly 20 world records throughout her career, across both equipped AND classic lifting. She’s won Sub-Junior Worlds, Junior Worlds, and Open Worlds equipped, as well as 33 national championships across the disciplines of bench-only, powerlifting, and both equipped and classic. Rhaea has topped the 600-wilks mark 7 different times, with her highest wilks being 649 equipped, and 491 classic.
