Description

A wide range of disciplines address the historic and ongoing manifestations of racial inequality and injustice in the curriculum. Many educators are working to equip students to analyze, understand, and intervene systems of oppression in order to advance #equity. Despite the commitment of many to bring a critical analysis of racial injustice many still encounter challenges in teaching this content effectively. Today we join Dr. Frederick V. Engram Jr, Disruptor and Assistant Professor to discuss the way racism, white supremacy and white privilege display themselves in higher education and how an anti-racist lens can be part of the solution to uproot these ills.
