Description

We live in a world in which the many -isms are embedded into social and political structures. Higher education is no exception. Campuses across the country are using their Student Affairs divisions to fight the good fight, to ensure every member of their student body community has an equitable opportunity for success and belonging. Today we join Jasmine Lee, PhD, MSW,  Director of Inclusive Excellence/Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion, and Belonging for the University of Maryland Baltimore County to discuss how student affairs professionals serve as change agents, advocating for racial diversity within their campus and contributing to a community-based approach that expands dialogue to larger networks.
