Week 3 was filled with wild and wacky stuff. Indiana beats Michigan, Maryland crushes Penn State, the worst D plays well, Rutgers is feisty, Iowa is an offensive juggernaut, dogs and cats living together...MASS HYSTERIA! Oh, and Northwestern is Northwestern.
