Dr. Monica Anderson was a practicing dentist for 33 years. She experienced a rare gastrointestinal cancer with a 5 year life expectancy. Ten years post-diagnosis, she continues to thrive! She has written eight books, given a TEDX talk, started a non-profit organization, and started a podcast.
She joins Fat Chicks on Top to talk about the intersection of dentistry and social justice, surviving cancer, and her work as an author.
