"Be still and know that I Am God." I used to make THAT so difficult. I would make a big production out of it - shutting myself off from the world, listening to brown noise I found on YouTube, trying to coerce myself into the silence. But one day I realized I don't have to do any of that to "be still." The silence is with me wherever I go. It is within me. It IS me.
