Description

If your mind is busy tonight, or you’ve woken up and can’t fall back asleep, come soak in the goodness of God. We’ll breathe slowly, release the noise, and let Scripture wash over you until your body remembers it’s safe to rest.

Best time to listen: in bed, lights low, volume soft

If you fall asleep, that’s perfect. If you set the sleep timer on your phone to 15 minutes it will end at just the right time. The last few minutes is just soft instrumental music.
